I have installed GPG 1.4.6 with WinPT 1.0.1 When using "Bearbeiten--Einstellungen-->GnuPG Optionen", then use the "Save" button, the gpg.conf is truncated to 2047 byte (the original one is about 8050 bye). |

I think I have located the problem. The gpg.conf must not be larger than approx. 8192 bytes. Otherwise, it is cropped. (I am no specialist. Handle this comment with care.) Ralf Muno |

As far as I am concerned this happens only sporadically. The answer is no. ;-) Ralf Muno |

Does this happen any time you try to edit the file? |

After saving the gpg.conf with the help of the keymanger the file is corrupted. It seems that the last 1 to 100 characters are cropped. Quick workaround: Write protect the gpg.conf and alter it only by hand. |
